At our core we are property managers. In fact, we think of ourselves as asset managers, similar in many ways to investment portfolio professionals. Your property here is an asset. It has most likely cost a substantial amount of money to acquire, and because it sits in a high alpine environment it is exposed to a variety of risks that properties in less harsh climates don’t face.
Given the financial and emotional investment you have made in this property, it is our belief that it deserves to be managed professionally. While running a business like this is a constant work in progress, we firmly believe that we have never been better at what we do than we are now.
“The team at Triumph Mountain Properties have far exceeded our expectations as a property management company. The entire TMP team which Mike has put together from the office staff, the marketing managers, the rental managers, and the property managers are all very professional, hard working and extremely service oriented. They are always very welcoming, kind and helpful; traits we did not find with other property management companies in the Valley.” – Beaver Creek Homeowner

It was a ski trip in 1993 that originally brought Mike to the small mountain town of Vail. After that winter his work with National Geographic had taken him elsewhere, but he had caught the “ski town bug” and continued to try and find a way to return. He finally made it happen in 1998 and never looked back. His dream of running a small B & B has morphed into Triumph; overseeing 30+ properties and staff who is as passionate about exceptional service and powder days as he is.
Kathleen “ Kat” Sedillo has been calling the Vail Valley home for more than two decades. When she is not out searching for flowing singletrack on her mountain bike or deep powder on her skis, she is busy researching her next outdoor adventure to take with her husband and their dog. Kat is always eager to give back to her community and takes pride in showcasing the beautiful place in the Rocky Mountains she calls home.
Twenty-nine years ago Claudia had come out here with the ski club from Purdue and fell in love. Upon her return to Indiana she and a friend took out a loan, rented a car, and never looked back – as she’ll tell you “those were the days.” She’ll trade any work day or powder day to spend time with her children, but when they aren’t paying a visit Claudia is off to the river for rafting and camping trips.
A beach girl who wanted to experience mountain living Daryn came here fourteen years ago from Long Beach, California. While she enjoys a visit to the ocean every now and again the mountains are now where she calls home. When not inspecting our homes and working as an asset manager at Triumph she is an avid crocheter of hats, loves cooking, and a good hot-tubbing session after a long day of snowboarding.
Tracey has always held a place in her heart for the mountains. She grew up in Montana and while she resided in Denver for a bit, looking at the mountains wasn’t enough; she needed to be surrounded by them. She then moved to Vail eight years ago and still never gets tired of the scenery. As an asset manager she takes a great pride in making certain your luxury vacation home is in exceptional condition.
Natalie was born and raised in Denver and has always had the opportunity to ski Vail, but it was an interior design job that brought her to live in our mountain community. She still remains involved with design, but loves all this valley offers in the great outdoors! When not assisting clients at Triumph or adding the finishing touches on a home, she can be found rafting, skiing, or hiking with her two golden retrievers.
Ame moved to Vail almost 20 years ago to escape the congestion and stress of big city finance and to enjoy the clean air and blue skies of Colorado. In 2001 she opened Vail Hot Yoga, and continues today to deepen her study of yoga and anatomy. Ame loves travel, architectural design, cooking, tasty wine, and hugging her two pugs. Working as an luxury home asset manger with Triumph has been a great way for Ame to use her interests and organizational skills to help owners and guests relax and enjoy their mountain home.
Meagan has been living the mountain lifestyle for the last four years. Originally hailing from the Motor City, she wandered west after graduating from Central Michigan University. Like most locals, she came for one winter season and never left. She loves her role as Destination Concierge and sharing the “adventure bug” with others. She enjoys hiking with her dog, camping, skateboarding and snowboarding.
While she misses the beach at times, Mary doesn't regret making the move from Florida to Vail 4 years ago. She needed a change of pace and fell in love with the mountains after visiting her sister here in the valley a few times. She appreciates the change of the seasons in Colorado as well as making full use out of each with rafting, camping, hiking, and paddle boarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
Born and raised in Dallas Texas, Matt grew up vacationing with his family in the Vail Valley. Beaver Creek is where he learned and developed a passion for skiing. When it came time for college, Colorado was an obvious choice. Soon after, Matt moved to Vail and has called it home since 2010. He has a passion for the outdoors and is an avid skier, cyclist, fisherman, camper and loves a good hike with his dog, Fran. At Triumph, Matt handles all general maintenance. Anything we need fixed, Matt is our guy!
We are meticulous in our commitment to helping you master the vacation moment and will provide insight into this vibrant community to anyone who requests it.
