When you’re not out enjoying the surrounding area, this home boasts multiple outdoor decks, an outdoor hot tub and gas grill, plus two living room spaces and a billiards table room for social gatherings.  The main living room features a wood burning fireplace with two additional gas fireplaces located in the master and junior master bedrooms.  A spacious kitchen that includes high end appliances, a formal dining table and seating at the breakfast bar for invites everyone to join in on the fun!

During the winter months the free Town of Vail Bus comes every 30 minutes and the stop is only 175 yards from the home.  A few minutes later guests find themselves at the base of the slopes in Golden Peak ready for a day on the mountain!

During the summer months the paved roads and bike paths make strolling or biking into town a breeze, and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are a great stopping point in between along with a massive children’s playground.  Not to mention, residing in the Golf Course neighborhood guests can access the course with ease.

As if this home’s amenities are not enough, we also give all guests of Triumph complimentary access to the Vail Athletic Club located in Vail Village where you can use the workout facility, attend yoga classes, hot tub, and more.

Reservation Policies

Tax
Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

Occupancy
This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

Deposits
The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Housekeeping
Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Pets
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
