The main level is designed for relaxing and entertaining. Cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows add to the spaciousness of the living area. Guests can gather around the gas fireplace or in a second seating area with a big-screen TV. A beautiful antler chandelier is suspended above the dining table that seats 6-8. Plus, there’s a second table nearby for 4 people. The well-appointed kitchen has an additional 3 counter stools. There’s a small deck with a gas grill.
Two of the queen bedrooms are on this main level. One with an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and the other uses a hall bathroom with a shower.
For complete privacy, the primary suite takes up the entire upper floor of the residence. Guests will enjoy a king bed, gas fireplace, and ensuite bath with tub and separate shower.
The entrance to the home is on the lower level with a family room with a TV and pool table. There is also a set of twin bunk beds in the family. Another ensuite queen bedroom is down the hall. The garage on this level accommodates two vehicles.
Linksview Chalet South is a duplex with Linksview Chalet North, which can accommodate 10 more guests. Larger groups can reserve both homes.
SKI/VILLAGE ACCESS
Linksview Chalet South is conveniently located close to the Vail Golf Course (Vail Nordic Center in the winter) and approximately 25 yards from the Town of Vail bus stop. The bus is free and can drop you at Golden Peak, Vail Village or Lionshead Village. You can also drive 1.5 miles to the Vail Parking Structure. Parking fees apply for overnight summer parking and most winter parking.
SHUTTLE
Coming Winter 2024/2025: This home will enjoy complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
