This luxury rental on the banks of Gore Creek can be found nestled in the pines between Lionshead and Vail Village.  Guests who stay here have the option to either walk 0.2 miles along Gore Creek to access the Eagle-Bahn Gondola out of Lionshead Village, or walk 0.5 miles to access Gondola 1 out of Vail Village.

Don’t feel like walking?  Not a problem as the free Town of Vail bus picks up every 5 – 10 minutes and there is a stop just 50 yards from this residence!

The home itself was made for mountain enjoyment.  The great room has floor to ceiling windows giving you views of the creek and northwards towards the mountain. The great room also houses a large stone fireplace perfect for warming up after a day of outdoor activities or to watch the snow fall.

The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor and has a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen television, and en-suite bath with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The remaining four guest bedrooms house a king, queen, two twin beds, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa respectfully.  Each has their own designated bathroom and private balcony.

The kitchen, dining area, and kid’s play room or fitness room are located on the main level as well as the great room.  The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests and guests can easily access the plumbed-in grill on the patio just outside the sliding door; even in the winter months.

The outdoor hot tub can be used all year long and is nestled along the creek in a perfectly, private setting.

Reservation Policies

Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
