Floor to ceiling windows, multiple decks and patios, plus an open floor plan all allow the outdoors in at this tastefully decorated mountainside residence.  The main floor showcases a gas fireplace, comfortable gathering spaces, a four-person game table, flat screen television and access to the deck and patio areas, perfect for outdoor relaxing.

The island style kitchen includes a wet bar with ice machine, double wall ovens, a small breakfast nook and table for two and ample room for more than one cook in the kitchen.  The formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen is surrounded by a custom wall mural and includes seating for ten.  A guest bedroom with two  twin beds, that can easily be converted to a king bed and full hall bathroom are also on the main floor.

An open balcony spans the top floor with more views of Vail Valley below.  The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace with seating area, flat screen television, private deck and two master bathrooms, each with their own soaking tub and separate large standing showers.  The junior master occupies the opposite end of the top floor with a king bed, private deck and ensuite full bathroom.  Located between both master bedrooms is the fourth bedroom  again, with two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king bed upon request and an ensuite full bathroom.  A dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on the top floor.

Guest have the luxury of choosing to spend their day at either Vail or Beaver Creek Resort as this home is located halfway between both, high atop Whiskey Hill in the community of Eagle-Vail. Vail is 8.5 miles away and Beaver Creek is 5.5 miles away.  In addition to close proximity to two world class year-round resorts, this home is only a 10 minute walk to the EagleVail Golf Club clubhouse.  EagleVail offers a challenging 18 hole course, a Par 3 course, driving range and putting green all open to the public.

Reservation Policies

Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
