Architects utilized massive stone archways, beautiful woodwork, and modern design to create a collection of truly opulent living spaces.  The home features an enviable list of amenities including billiard’s table, home theater, and a private outdoor hot tub with magnificent views of the Vail Valley seeing all the way into Game Creek Bowl on Vail Mountain.

The kitchen’s list of appliances and amenities is endless, but includes a stone wood-burning pizza oven, built in Miele system, sub-zero refrigerator, and separate wine cooler.

The master bedroom, in its own wing, has a king bed, gas fireplace with additional seating area, loft, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and a bathroom one can be envious of with its steam shower, Jacuzzi tub, and sitting area.

The other 5 bedrooms of the home each have access to their own bathroom and are wonderfully placed throughout the home’s 4 floors.

A theater room, billiard’s table, additional family room, and outdoor patio with ample lounge chairs and hot tub provides something for everyone for their next ski vacation; convenience, luxury, and memories to be made.

Have a larger party?  For an additional charge and approval ahead of time we may be able to open up the 7th bedroom of this home offering three more beds.  One is a captain’s bunk with a full bed on bottom, twin bed on top, in addition to another lofted twin.

Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Access:

  • The Pool and Tennis Courts are FREE to anyone staying or living in Bachelor Gulch. Guests may have to provide a property address but it is 100% FREE.
  • The fitness center and spa are for guests of members only and it is $35 per day per person. This charge will go to the member. The member has to call with the dates desired and names of guests in advance. They will then issue passes which can be picked up at the Club desk or the spa front desk. The spa is limited to people over 18 only.
  • Access to the Bachelor Gulch Club is for members or guests accompanied by members. This is only a lounge for members to hang out in, eat and drink for free.

Reservation Policies

Tax
Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

Occupancy
This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

Deposits
The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Housekeeping
Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Pets
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
