Residences at Main Vail
Triumph Development is pleased to provide you access to the application portal for the soon-to-be-completed Residences at Main Vail. If you missed the Town of Vail meeting on May 18, please click here to see the information memo that was issued at that meeting.
The application portal will be open at 7:00 am on Thursday, June 1, 2023. It is important that you have all of the information outlined in the link above readily available before you get started.
Residence Unit Types
Please also make sure to select the type of unit you are applying for. You can view the floor plans below.
- 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH
The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units are those available to current Timber Ridge lessees at the discounted rate of $1,800 per month. - 1 BEDROOM / 1 BATH
1 bedroom/1 bathroom units can be applied for but are priced at a market rate and not subject to a discount. Please make sure to note the price differential between the north and south units. - 2 BEDROOM / 2 BATH
2 bedroom/2 bathroom units can also be applied for with the same conditions being applicable as the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units
