Michael Connolly
As the spirited leader, chief bottle washer and number cruncher, Mike manages the overall business strategy for Triumph. A Vail resident since 1998, he's raised his family in the Valley and would love to find more time to bike, ski and hang with his pup, Hank, and girlfriend, Dana.
Assistant General Manager
Skip Wilson
At Triumph, Skip oversees all field operations and rental and private home management. He's also an avid golfer, fly fisherman, world traveler, and cat dad. And on Fridays, you'll find him sipping margaritas donning a Hawaiian shirt.

Terri Goodman
Terri helps nearly every guest at Triumph plan and book their stays in the Vail Valley. As a Vail resident since 1991, there's no better expert on the ins and outs of our peaks and valleys and when she's not working, Terri can be found navigating our ski trails and golf courses, and exploring new horizons on her travels.

Erin Ridgely
With a career spanning more than two decades in the travel industry, Erin has made hospitality her way of life. She takes immense pride in the longstanding relationships she has cultivated with local artisans and experience providers across the Vail Valley, which serve as the foundation for the personalized, five-star experiences that Erin meticulously crafts for our Apex guests.

A longtime hospitality enthusiast, Mathieu goes to great lengths to ensure every guest of Triumph Mountain Properties has a personalized and exceptional experience. While born and raised in Vail, he's traveled to 24 countries and loves discovering new experiences, especially in the great outdoors

Tish plays a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations at Triumph Mountain Properties. Her deep connection to the Colorado lifestyle stems from her roots in the small town of Kremmling, and when she's not in the office, you'll find her cherishing moments with her family or skiing and hiking throughout our mountains.

Rachael Israel
Rachael ensures our collection of luxury home rentals are maintained at the highest possible standards. A native of Michigan, she's lived in the Vail Valley for eight years where she's often found hiking, camping, doing yoga or spending time with friends.

Managing overall home operations of our luxury home rental properties, Bobby supports our owners in rental optimization and proactive upkeep. Originally from central Illinois, you can find him behind a camera lens or keeping up with his two young children.

Tracy Calderone
Tracy is invested in the unique details of home care operations that allow both owners and guests to exact maxiumum enjoyment out of their properties. She moved from Long Island to Vail in 2002 for the skiing and winters, but like many Vail enthusiasts stayed for the summers and hiking and biking its endless trails.

A nearly three decade resident of the Vail Valley, Moira facilitates home care and maintenance for our private and non-rental homes. A true Vailite, outside of work, you can find her in the great outdoors: climbing mountains, skiing down them, and rafting rivers.

As the property manager for the Residences at Main Vail, Jeremy oversees every last detail of the new residences. A foodie, coffee lover, snowboarder, and video game enthusiast, Jeremy originally hails from New Hampshire but has called Vail his home for more than 10 years.

As a maintenance technician for Triumph, Aiden ensures the upkeep and functionality of our single family homes and condos throughout the portfolio. A passionate outdoorsman, Aiden can be funting hunting, fishing, and hiking with his faithful companion, Milo, or on the rink, enjoying the thrill of ice hockey.
