On the upper level are two more king suites as well as a loft with a writing desk and reading space overlooking the great room. Both bedrooms on this level have king beds.
On the lower level is a large family room and entertainment area with a flat-screen TV, ample sofa seating, and a billiards table. The fourth bedroom is on this level and features two twin beds that can be curtained off for privacy. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Although this home does not have central air conditioning, there is an option to use a portable air conditioning unit in the upper level King bedroom. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets.

SKI ACCESS: This home is located just 0.3 miles from the Arrow Bahn Express Lift at the base of Arrowhead. Skiers can walk along Sawatch Drive to Arrowhead Circle to reach the lift or drive 0.3 miles and park in the Arrowhead skier lot.
SHUTTLE
For winter service within the Arrowhead Community – book rides through Village Connect App. Service is available from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm during ski season. The shuttle will pick up at residences and drop off at the Alpine Club Circle.
