The spacious primary king suite is located on the main level and features deck access, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower and jetted tub.
The upper level is a dream space for kids and teens, with two twin-over-queen log bunk beds, a cozy lounge area with a couch and TV, desk and private bathroom with a shower.
Three bedrooms are on the lower level. There are two king bedrooms. One has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The ensuite bathroom in the second king has a shower.
The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, a sitting area, and an ensuite bath with a shower.
Additional amenities include a Peloton bike, Sonos sound system, laundry room on the lower level, and two-car garage with space for two more vehicles in the driveway.

The Village to Village Trail located just above the home connects Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek – perfect for snowshoeing in winter and hiking and biking in summer. It’s also an easy walk down to the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, and you can always catch the Village Connect shuttle back to the residence.
SKI ACCESS
Walk out the back door right onto the beginner Bear Paw cat track and down to Lower Stirrup run and the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
Village Connect, the on-demand, free shuttle service, will pick you up at the residence and drop you off directly at the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift outside of the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel or up to Beaver Creek village.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
