The Best Events of Summer in Vail & Beaver Creek

As the snow starts to melt, the runoff fills our rivers with rushing rapids for rafting and creates a rush of vibrant wildflowers throughout our peaks and valleys. Beyond the adrenaline-infused outdoor experiences and activities in the Vail Valley like hiking, biking, fishing and rafting, there's an abundance of events filling our days and nights with celebration, entertainment, and magical moments with friends and family.

While it's hard to pick our favorites, we're always enamored with Vail on the 4th of July, as the pedestrian village turns into an epic patriotic tribute with a parade and fireworks in both Vail and Beaver Creek. Hot Summer Nights brings a new, free concert every Tuesday evening to Gerald Ford Amphitheater, and Vail Dance delivers some of the most talented and culture-rich dance performances in the world to Eagle County.
