Glades Chalet is a bright, contemporary three-bedroom residence located in the Riverhouse building, one of the most coveted locations in Vail, a short walk to the main village and Gondola One, and on the banks of Gore Creek.

Modern amenities, stylish furnishings, and sleek appliances abound in this home starting with the open main living space that has two seating areas. One is in front of an inviting gas fireplace that doubles as a kid’s play area, the other with a large sofa and big-screen TV. This flows into the dining area with a table for six and into the gleaming gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

On your own private terrace overlooking Gore Creek, enjoy post-ski day beverages or sunny summer afternoons. The primary king bedroom and a double twin bedroom also have access out to the terrace. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and stand-alone shower. The double twin bedroom and the third bedroom, a queen, each have ensuite bathrooms with stand-alone showers.

For guests’ convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the residence, a private outdoor ski locker, and underground parking for one vehicle. Note that there is no air conditioning in this home.

SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS
Vail Village and Gondola One are less than a 5-minute walk from the residence.

SHUTTLE
Coming Winter 2024/2025: This home will enjoy complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
