Description Description
This luxury five-bedroom duplex is nestled on Vail Mountain, above Lionshead Village, with commanding views of the Gore Range. This home sleeps up to ten people, with three of the bedrooms being able to convert from king beds to two twin beds, offering flexibility for guests staying here. In summer, enjoy the outdoor patio, surrounded by aspen trees, with a gas grill and outdoor dining table.

LAYOUT
The primary suite occupies the entire 4th floor. The junior primary suite is on the 3rd floor, off the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The patio off the kitchen. There is also a half-bath on this floor. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, along with the family room and a laundry room. The first floor houses the mud room and a half bath.

SKI ACCESS
This home is about 50 yards from the Born Free ski run above Lionshead Village. Simply walk east on Forest Road to access the run (slightly uphill). This allows you to ski to the base of Lionshead Village where you can access Born Free Express (Chair 8), the Eagle-Bahn Gondola, Lift Ticket Sales and Ski School. At the end of the day, you can use Born Free ski run to return to Forest Road and walk back to the house. For Lionshead Village access, you can walk 0.4 miles on the road to reach the Marriott Hotel in-town bus stop, or just 0.1 miles further to reach the heart of Lionshead Village. In-town busses are free and allow guests to travel easily between Lionshead and Vail Village, which are located 1 mile apart.

HOME FEATURES
This spacious property features a living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, a dining room with a formal table for 10, and a kitchen equipped with an auto-drip coffee maker, Keurig, and breakfast bar seating for 3. The family room offers another flat-screen TV and a wet bar, while the mudroom provides equipment storage and a half bath. With three sets of washers and dryers, WiFi, limited cooling, and a location approximately 50 yards from the Lionshead ski slope, it includes garage parking for 2 vehicles, additional driveway parking, a gas grill, and a private outdoor hot tub.

SHUTTLE
Coming Winter 2024/2025: This home will enjoy complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

Excellent property, great attention  
616 W Forest Rd is half of a large duplex. The 5 bedrooms are very comfortable, but what really stands out is the very large living room with a great view of Vail and a large and well-appointed kitchen. If you enjoy cooking with your family like we do, you will love this place. Another very nice detail is that the "mudroom" downstairs for taking off ski booths and jackets is heated, so no cold boots. Great location, some 50 yards above the slope where Simba Run crosses the bridge just prior to arriving at Eagle Gondola. Bring slip-resistant snow boots for the short walk into town on the slope. Very new and well-maintained property, and great attention from the Triumph hosts!

Absolutely Perfect  
The house was well described, absolutely perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 well-behaved, happy, busy children 8.5-12.5). The response to any special needs baby Triumph was very quick and thorough, spot-on! We recommend using Triumph and paying attention to the lovely properties they represent.
