This ski-in, ski-out 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom luxury Vail vacation rental is located above Lionshead Village and has commanding views of the Gore Range, Gondola, and Lionshead Village.

The 4 floors offer a ski and boot room, media room with wet bar, vaulted ceilings, elevator throughout, and 3 sets of washer/dryers.

The master suite occupies the whole 4th floor and has a private balcony, and the jr. master suite also has a walk out patio.  All of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, and there are 2 additional half baths.

The gourmet kitchen features state of the art appliances, including a Wolf Range and has marble counter tops.  In the summer, enjoy a beautiful outdoor patio area surrounded by Aspen trees, with a built in gas grill, 8 person hot tub and outdoor dining table.  The front deck features comfortable seating and amazing views.

This house sleeps 10 people, with 3 rooms being able to convert from King beds to 2 twin beds.

Traveling With a Large Group?  Please call to inquire about the East side of this duplex as well.  Based on availability; we have the option of renting this West side with the East side giving you a 10 bedroom home sleeping up to 20 guests!

Reservation Policies

Tax
Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

Occupancy
This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

Deposits
The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Housekeeping
Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Pets
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
