This 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom home could not be more perfect for your next mountain vacation any time of the season.  Sleeping 12 adults comfortably, and up to 14 with children, guests love not only what this mountain lodge has to offer inside, but outside as well.

During the winter months you need only walk slightly downhill less than 100 yards to the groomed blue run “Ridge Rider” or less than 100 yards slightly uphill to the groomed green run “Everkrisp.”  To end your day these runs will bring you almost to your front door, or should you find yourself at the Ritz Carlton or in Beaver Creek Village the free dial-a-ride service can pick you up and drop you back at your front door.

During the summer months this home is surrounded by wildflowers, wildlife, ample hiking trails, and a disc golf course.  Your personal concierge can also help you get set up with whitewater rafting, horseback riding, let you know of the summer concerts, and more!

Stepping inside this beautiful chalet you can’t help but notice the luxurious finishes as well as the grand piano, great stone fireplace, and views that will take your breathe away as they span Bachelor Gulch Mountain and Beaver Creek.  The dining area is surrounded by timbers, plush chairs, and a large natural table with seating for 10.  The kitchen not only has granite counter tops and gourmet appliances, but also a cozy hearth room off the side as well as a breakfast table with seating for 8.

The Master Suite can also be found on this main level and includes a king bed, flat screen television, fireplace, additional sitting area, and an en suite bathroom with soaking Jacuzzi tub, his and her vanities, and a walk-in closet.

The lower level of this home houses the remaining four guest bedrooms, one of which is the Jr. Master Suite also containing a king bed, flat screen television, fireplace, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.  The remaining three bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom as well.  There is a fitness room for those who wish to continue their workout regimen while on vacation, as well as a poker table, bumper pool table, wet bar, and additional family area with ample seating, flat screen television, and stone fireplace.  Let’s also not forget the private outdoor hot tub and fire pit as well as the expansive deck with gas grill perfect for those hot summer nights and never-ending sunsets!

The homeowners of this residence do own a dog and it does visit the home once or twice a year. If you have a severe pet allergy we do not recommend this home for your stay.

Reservation Policies

Tax
Sales and Lodging Taxes vary by community and range from 9.8% in Vail to 12.77% in Bachelor Gulch. Our T.O.V. Sales Tax Number is 5297.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

Occupancy
This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n’ plays for very young children.

Minimum Night Stays
Minimum Night stays are often required. As a general rule, Winter Holiday stays are required to be at least 7 nights. Other ski season periods, and the summer, usually require a 4-5 night minimum stay in a home and a 3-4 night minimum stay in a condominium. during the high season, varies by month and property.

Deposits
The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge) plus 100% of the Travel Insurance Premium (an optional charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Housekeeping
Please confirm your housekeeping requirements at the time of booking. Our pricing structure includes a certain amount of housekeeping depending on a variety of factors (length of stay, time of year, and the specific property). If you require more housekeeping than we would be normally scheduled to provide, your reservations agent can inform you of the additional costs associated with your requirements.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Pets
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

Large Gatherings
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
